We take pride in producing the finest, naturally nested eggs from our free roaming chickens. We use the wording ""naturally nested"" because our chickens have freedom of choice inc whether they want to be inside, outside on the pasture or perching on one of our many sweet gum branches.  They have the choice of which nest that they want to use to provide us with their wonderful bounty.  They are fed at their free choice a mixture of natural grains and all of the bugs and worms that they can find. We candle each and every egg and we also size each egg by scale. The date on the egg carton is the candling date. The eggs should be good for a t least 30 days after that date. We hope that you enjoy our chicken eggs as mush as our friends and family do!
